During NYC Fashion week 2018, YSL commissioned a pop-up at Beauté NYC to celebrate the photographer Kenneth Willardt. As guests walked down the runway suspended over water, my TouchDesigner systems used laser scanning sensors to track guests’ movements down the runway, which then allowed LEDs in the walkway to light their steps. The same system controlled moving head lights to put the guests in the literal spotlight.
